CONCORD HOSPITAL
Concord Hospital is a nationally accredited, not-for-profit regional medical center providing comprehensive acute-care services and programs to residents of central New Hampshire. The Hospital offers more than 40 medical specialties and subspecialties, including cornerstone Centers of Excellence in orthopaedics, cancer, cardiac care, urology and women’s health. In 2009, Concord Hospital provided more than $36 million in community benefit programs and services, including more than $12 million in financial assistance for low income, underinsured or uninsured patients.

Concord Hospital Center for Orthopaedic Care is a leader in providing the largest orthopaedic specialty service in the state. With board-certified orthopaedic surgeons, fellowship-trained in many subspecialties, the Center offers personalized, comprehensive orthopaedic care for the entire family, from prevention and diagnostics to therapeutic treatments, surgery and rehabilitation. Dedicated orthopaedic operating room suites accommodate advanced technology and are equipped for the complexity of thousands of surgeries performed each year at Concord Hospital. Orthopaedic inpatient units are designed to keep staff in close proximity to patients and feature private rooms, rest stations in all corridors, patient/family waiting areas and private consultation areas.
 
Concord Hospital Payson Center for Cancer Care, approved by the American College of Surgeons’ Commission on Cancer as a Comprehensive Community Cancer Center, provides personalized treatment and support for cancer patients and their families. Services include radiation oncology, medical oncology, surgery and a full complement of support services to assist patients with all aspects of their cancer care including financial, emotional, spiritual and dietary needs. Board-certified physicians and nationally certified oncology nurses are dedicated to providing quality health care in a warm and caring environment. The Payson Center offers the latest in advanced technology and conducts multiple clinical research trials through New Hampshire Oncology-Hematology, PA (NHOH) and the Concord Hospital Radiation Oncology Department.
 
Concord Hospital Center for Cardiac Care is a premium, comprehensive cardiac center providing innovative, quality care -- close to home. Concord Hospital’s expert physicians and nurses tailor the latest medical treatments – from intervention to cardiothoracic surgery and rehabilitation -- to each patient’s specific needs.
 
Concord Hospital Women’s Health Services provides family-centered maternity care, including family planning and fertility therapies, obstetrical and gynecological care, and breast health services to meet the needs of women of all ages. Board-certified physicians and surgeons lead a medical team focused on delivering high quality health care in a sensitive and comfortable environment.
 
Concord Hospital Center for Urologic Care offers comprehensive state-of-the-art urologic diagnostic and treatment options for men and women. The Center’s specialized services include a Pelvic Medicine, Continence and Sexual Health Program led by the area’s only fellowship-trained female urologist. Its Prostate and Urologic Cancer Program manages and treats all urologic cancers. The Center’s Kidney Stone Treatment and Prevention Program provides comprehensive stone management, with an emphasis on minimally invasive surgery and complete medical, dietary and metabolic stone disease management.
 
Walk-In Urgent Care
Concord Hospital Walk-In Urgent Care, located at CH Medical Offices at Horseshoe Pond, provides prompt medical care, without an appointment, for non-life threatening minor illness or injury.
 
Breast Care Center
Concord Hospital Breast Care Center is fully accredited by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC), a program administered by the American College of Surgeons. The Center works in collaboration with Concord Imaging Center, Concord Surgical Associates, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord, New Hampshire Oncology-Hematology, PA and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute to provide streamlined care from education and detection to treatment and follow-up. Services include digital mammograms, breast ultrasounds, stereotactic and ultrasound guided breast biopsies, breast MRI, surgical consultations, and genetic counseling and testing.
 
Concord Hospital Medical Group
Concord Hospital Medical Group (CHMG) consists of more than 200 primary and specialty care physicians located throughout Concord and its surrounding communities. As Hospital departments, CHMG practices have access to leading-edge technology, resources and advanced educational training.
 
Concord Hospital Family Health Center
Concord Hospital Family Health Center provides comprehensive primary and preventive care, behavioral health care and dental care for the entire family, in collaboration with NH Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency program. Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord is a multi-specialty, community group practice that serves the healthcare needs of people living in the greater Concord, New Hampshire area. We provide basic (primary) and specialty care to people of all ages, from infants to senior citizens, and conveniently offer the quality healthcare services you rely on. In a single location you can see your primary care provider, get your lab work done and X-rays taken, and schedule an appointment with a specialist. Allergy- The Allergy Department at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord evaluates and treats asthma and allergies in patients six years of age and older. Through a wide range of services, including diagnostic testing, education, and immunotherapy, we provide patients with the tools they need to control allergies and asthma. Primary Care (Family Medicine & Internal Medicine) - The Department of Primary Care at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord offers comprehensive healthcare services, including: preventive medicine to keep you at your healthiest; chronic disease management to help keep your chronic condition—such as high blood pressure or diabetes—under control; and urgent care to take care of you right away when you're feeling ill.  The Primary Care Department includes the departments of Internal and Family Medicine. Family Medicine physicians specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of acute and chronic illnesses in infants, children, adolescents, and adults, including the elderly.  Internal Medicine physicians specialize in the diagnosis and management of acute, complex, and common diseases in adults. General and Vascular Surgery - The Department of General and Vascular Surgery at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord specializes in the surgical treatment of a wide range of clinical conditions and surgical problems.  Our vascular surgery department has an academic connection to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, with access to clinical trials as well as some surgical referrals to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon. Some minor procedures (such as biopsies and excisions) are done in our office. The majority of all other surgeries are performed at Concord Hospital or Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Obstetrics/Gynecology and Nurse Midwifery - The Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Department provides comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services to women including: prenatal care; high-risk obstetrics; gynecology; and nurse midwifery.  We also offer gynecologic oncology, and reproductive endocrinology and infertility services in addition to a variety of procedures & surgeries, including the latest in robotic surgery technology. Orthopaedics – Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord Orthopaedics helps patients who have injuries and problems affecting their muscles, bones and joints. We diagnose and treat both adult and children's (pediatric) conditions. Pediatrics - The Pediatrics Department at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord provides comprehensive primary care for infants, children, and adolescents in a caring, friendly atmosphere. Our pediatricians are also on the medical staff of Children's Hospital at Dartmouth (CHaD), where they work closely with other pediatric specialists. HEALTHSOUTH
HealthSouth, a 50-bed comprehensive medical rehabilitation hospital, has a consulting staff of more than 75 physician specialists who offer inpatient and out-patient services for pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Together with The Center for Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation, HealthSouth treats both adults and children with spinal cord, stroke, and brain injuries. Newly added or enhanced services include occupational health, physical, speech and aquatic therapies. Other services include specialized nursing care, respiratory therapy, neuropsychology, vocational evaluation and counseling, and orthotic and prosthetic services.

NH HOSPITAL
The New Hampshire Hospital, an inpatient mental health facility, serves the entire state and offers transitional and psychiatric nursing home services. The facility’s transitional housing services recognize the special needs of patients with severe and persistent mental illness.

A non-profit, community-based organization, Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association (CRVNA) is committed to providing quality health care at home, offering patients, families and caregivers clinical care, education and support. CRVNA enables patients to recover or live with illness in the comfort or dignity of home, surrounded by the people and things they love. Whether someone has had surgery, a new baby, is chronically ill, or has a terminal illness, CRVNA staff is there to provide comfort and care. CRVNA is also actively involved in the communities it serves, providing education, support, and services to the general public.

Riverbend Community Mental Health provides 24-hour crisis intervention services to the Greater Concord community. In addition to serving people with severe and persistent mental illness, a comprehensive array of services are also available to individuals of all ages and their families.
