Education
Concord is also home to many private, parochial and secondary
schools. Franklin Pierce Law Center's intellectual property
law program has an enviable reputation for excellence. Without
exception, Franklin Pierce continuously ranks as one of the
top five intellectual property law schools in the country
according to U.S. News and World Report's annual assessment.
Other post-secondary offerings include NH Technical Institute,
Franklin Pierce College, the College for Lifelong Learning and
Hesser College.
The Concord school system has entered cyberspace. Every
classroom, from kindergarten to 12th grade, is connected to
the Internet. The
system even has its own World Wide Web site at
www.concord.k12.nh.us. Walker School's fifth- and
sixth-graders use desktop publishing software to produce a
community newspaper delivered to every home in the Walker
School district.
