Concord has been rated one of the safest and best places to live, not only in New Hampshire, but in the country.
The New Hampshire Union Leader announced its 40 Under Forty class of 2020 honorees on Monday, January 27, 2020 and we’re thrilled to share that our own Bryanna Marceau is among those being recognized for significant contributions to their field, their community and/or the state, as well as the potential to do much more in future years.
Bryanna is well-known to Greater Concord’s business and professional community. An active member of the Chamber for many years through Maurices, her previous employer of thirteen years, she regularly attended Business After Hours and Concord Young Professionals Network (CYPN) events. She served as a volunteer on CYPN’s Steering Committee for eight months prior to joining the Chamber in 2016 as our Events Manager and is now CYPN’s Steering Committee staff liaison. In 2017, Bryanna joined the Governor’s Millennial Advisory Council as Chair of the Education Committee where she provides recommendations, insight, suggestions, and feedback to the Governor on matters of New Hampshire state policy that directly impacts the attraction, retention, and engagement of young people. She graduated from Leadership Greater Concord in 2019 and currently serves on the board for Intown Concord , as well as CATCH Neighborhood Housing ’s Community Relations committee and Capitol Center for the Arts ' Young Professionals Advisory Committee.
Promoted to Director of Operations and Programs in October, Bryanna is responsible for the Chamber’s administrative operations, as well as supporting Capital Area Student Leadership (CASL) and Leadership Greater Concord, the Chamber’s leadership development programs for area students and professionals looking to grow their leadership skills and better serve their communities—a wonderful fit for her fourteen years of experience in event planning, corporate training and program development. She continues to support CYPN, as well as Stay Work Play NH , a statewide nonprofit organization that encourages young professionals in their 20s and 30s to visit, work and live in New Hampshire.
This year’s 40 Under Forty will be honored with a reception and awards ceremony on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 in Concord at the Grappone Conference Center starting at 5:15 p.m. Tickets are available online through the Union Leader.
Join us in congratulating this year’s inductees and Bryanna on this well-deserved recognition!
