Business After Hours

The Granite Group is excited to host a night of networking on Tuesday, October 11 from 5:30-7 p.m at the Ultimate Bath Store. Enjoy drinks and hors d’oeuvres with local professionals, while browsing the latest trends in bathroom and kitchen fixtures and designs. This stunning remodeled showroom is located at 6 Storrs Street in Concord.

Webinar: Become a resilient business owner

In the face of tough times, business owners should be strategic in how they plan to not only maintain business, but to continue to grow and thrive. This webinar on Thursday, October 13 from 1-2:30 p.m. will cover many questions that you may have on building a reserve, making the most of cash on hand, determining when should you sell assets, and exploring your loan options. Experienced panelists, Ryan Poirier of Thrive Accounting, Mark Lester of Eastern Bank and Ryan Hvizda of Hvizda Realty Group will answer attendee questions during the live session.

Concord Young Professionals (CYPN) Neighborhood Nonprofit Night

CYPN is thrilled to connect local and statewide nonprofits with young professionals and college students who are passionate about making a difference as a volunteer or board member for a nonprofit in the area. At this special networking event on Wednesday, October 19 from 5:30-7:30 p.m., attendees will meet nonprofit leaders at the Payson Center for Cancer Care at Concord Hospital. This event includes refreshments, door prizes, and is generously sponsored by Granite United Way and Concord Hospital Trust.

Annual Meeting and Citizen of the Year Award

Attend one of Concord’s biggest social events of the year on Wednesday, November 2 from 5-8 p.m. The evening features great food, great company and a celebration of Ellen Groh, Executive Director of Concord Coalition to End Homelessness—the 2022 Citizen of the Year! Enjoy a lively cocktail reception, plated dinner and networking with business and nonprofit community leaders at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord. This event is presented by Merrimack County Savings Bank. RSVP by Friday, October 21.
