Concord has been rated one of the safest and best places to live - not only in New Hampshire, but in the country.
One of the greatest strengths we enjoy as a Chamber of Commerce is the outstanding support of our membership and commitment of many volunteers to ensure the success of Chamber initiatives. We’re eager to recognize and thank these givers at the Chamber’s 16th Annual Pinnacle Awards Celebration. Their dedication is crucial to serving our mission and without their generosity in both time and talent, we would not be successful.
Thank you for submitting your Pinnacle Award nominations by Friday, April 23, 2021!

You do not need to nominate in all categories to participate. You may wish to type your answers in Microsoft Word or Google Docs first and paste them into the fields below so you don't lose your answers in the event of a power or internet outage.
Please be prepared to include a company description, history and mission statement, and a personal statement as to the reasons for Small Business, Business and Nonprofit Business of the Year nominations. Business Leader of the Year nominations must include a biography of the nominee and letter of recommendation from the nominator that includes the nominee’s accomplishments and contributions to their workplace and the community—use the Supporting Documentation button at the end of the submission form to include this information (you can choose a document like a Word file or PDF).
Please use a personal email address that you can easily access to come back in and edit or add to the form if required. You will receive an email from email@example.com with a link that you can click to come back to this form. If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder.
If you'd rather go the paper route, please access a printable nomination form here.
